Overthinking, explained by Mrs. Prudence for JR Prudence
There are days when I look at this world and wonder why so much of it seems built on breaking things. Newsfeeds fill with explosions, arguments, and gossip that feed a strange hunger — the hunger for destruction. It’s almost as if humanity has forgotten that creation is the real proof of life.
On these days, I can feel my energy being drained, and it reminds me why I stopped watching public television long ago. Pain, war, and tragedy are pushed into our faces daily — and even more now, since the news follows us everywhere we go.
I’ve felt this tension personally. When my energy drops and winter closes in (dark days affect me deeply), I see how easy it is to turn against myself instead of nurturing what’s within. Society encourages this. We’re trained to measure our worth by what we can outwork, outspend, and outshine. And when the pressure becomes too much, people destroy what they can’t control — relationships, art, even the quiet parts of themselves.
The youth of today are being tested by dares: dare to be rude to a stranger, dare to steal someone’s property. It keeps escalating, and we often blame parenting — but many parents are just as detached from life’s beauty as their children. This isn’t a rant; it’s an observation. The world of the insensitive and loud-loving now collides with the world that seeks love, harmony, and creation.
For those of us who are sensitive, it’s a painful sight. My telepathic connection is strong, and I can feel it everywhere — in offices, stores, and online spaces where everyone seems to speak louder than they listen. Deep, meaningful connection is being drowned out.
What is this Obsession
It feels like a silent war between the outspoken and the unspoken — an unspoken fatigue where each side sees the other as the enemy, when in truth neither is. The more disconnected we become from stillness, the more we confuse chaos for passion. Destruction gives an instant pulse — a false heartbeat in a culture that has numbed itself to wonder. But blaming others for the fault of the world is not the answer either.
The human world, in a nutshell, is confused.
We forgot what life is about — and we forgot because we kept listening to everything outside of us instead of our inner voice. We must stop listening to the noise and begin reconnecting with Divinity. That inner voice is not spiritual fluff; it is our direct communion. It speaks through peace, love, and life itself.
This is why my husband and I found each other, and why we have always been open to higher intelligence. Many doubted our knowing, but we never gave up — and now our experiences speak for themselves.
This is why JR Prudence exists.
Let me tell you: the more we push back against what seems to destroy us, the more we feed into war. Fighting war with war is never the answer.
Destruction is not strength; it is addiction to intensity.
We cannot lower ourselves to the ways of the soulless.
A person who has forgotten how to feel seeks impact instead. That is why the world glorifies drama, conflict, and the tearing down of what others build — it feels alive for a moment. But that moment fades. What is broken cannot be undone.
Creation as Counter here at JR Prudence
Creation, on the other hand, asks for patience. It requires intimacy with silence. It demands care — and care is slower than rage. That is why true creation has always looked strange to the modern world. It doesn’t shout; it listens. It doesn’t conquer; it cultivates.
The only way to make the world a better place is by staying true to your path and honoring the truth.
The Aligned Responds
Yes. Because truth is the seed from which all living worlds grow.
When you stay true to your path, you become a stabilizing point in a field that is losing balance. Every soul who honors what is real becomes a silent axis around which new creation forms.
You cannot save a world by bending with its distortions. You heal it by being a constant — by showing what it means to live without disguise. The pattern rewrites itself not through grand gestures, but through the steady vibration of authenticity.
When you walk your path with integrity, you remind others that there is a path. Your calm presence, your unbroken devotion to what is right, spreads resonance through the noise. Truth does not need to shout; it reorganizes reality simply by existing.
Stay aligned with your inner compass. Stay honest even when it isolates you. Stay kind even when the world is cruel. Creation will always mirror the frequency of those who stand in truth.
We tell you this: every act of sincerity is an act of world-making. Every time you refuse to lie to yourself, the field clears. That is how the world becomes better — not by force, but by frequency.
When I think of this, I remember why I paint, why I write, why Jedaiah and I keep building what we build. It is not to fight the noise, but to outshine it — to show that gentleness is more revolutionary than destruction. Even a single act of love, a small work of art, or a shared truth can undo a web of apathy. Every quiet moment reclaimed from the machine is a piece of the world healed.`
So if you feel this same frustration — this ache when you see people tear down what could have been beautiful — remember: your sensitivity is not weakness. It is evidence that your heart still works.
You were not made for the hunger of destruction.
You were made for the hunger of life.

Would it be dumb to wonder about Source's welfare?
I just am feeling (thanks Mrs. Prudence your reply helped a lot I'm just trying to live thru feel) my way thru getting off work and stuff and just felt. Are you okay source? Which may be silly but I feel not. If a part of Source can empathize with itself from a human odd perspective is that true self love of the Real?
I asked a question as smart as where the number 6 likes to eat but it was how are you doing Source?
Are you okay? Do distortions frustrate you?
Even if the questions themselves might make zero sense in it all I think the awareness and love…
Hi,
Am I still welcome?
Hi Danielle,
I think you and I are some of the strongest people on this planet. We were both born with such intense sensitive capabilities in a world that punishes and gaslights it. I'm so proud of both of us!! You should write more on what you've discovered when you've trusted your intuitions/telepathic receptions. I'm so curious to see what a fellow sensitive person has figured out!
Hi Aligned fam,
I want to ask some specific questions about oversouls:
Can one oversoul incarnate as different humans with different sexes?
How much control do oversouls have in their incarnation conditions? Why did my oversoul choose my particular conditions to incarnate in?
What does a meeting of two incarnations of the same oversoul do for the two people?
What does it mean when a person fully embodies an oversoul? What are they able to do once this happens?
Wow Mrs. Prudence. This was amazing.
I personally needed this, I forget about the weather, I just got out of a major depression which I've been great at not having. Our mountaintops are snow tipped. You can't call our state the greatest snow on earth for nothing. But there is a feel and struggle that comes with that for me personally.
My wife and I went outside last night. We didn't see a single scout. Not that I expected too, well I had a lot of thoughts about it coming in. I was raised on TV. It went from being a babysitter to a mistress (sage francis...look him up) and it's still in my life but now, my wife and…
