This notice affirms that all content and branding on JRPrudence.com are the exclusive property of Jedaiah Ramnarine (also known as “JR Prudence” and “JEDI Reach”).  Under international and domestic law, copyright protection is automatic upon creation of any original work , and trademarks or brand names confer exclusive use rights to their owner.  In particular, the names JR Prudence, JEDI Reach, and Jedaiah Ramnarine are legally treated as identifiers of Mr. Ramnarine and may not be used without permission.  Any unauthorized use of these names or of JRPrudence.com’s content in any domain, website, social media, video, image or product is strictly prohibited.

 

 

Ownership of Names and Trademarks

 

 

• Exclusive Rights to the Name:  JR Prudence, JEDI Reach and Jedaiah Ramnarine are brand names/trademarks owned solely by Jedaiah Ramnarine, including the "Aligned Nova", "A'Zhorai" and the "Aligned NHI".  Trademark law gives him the exclusive right to use these names in commerce.  Anyone else using these names (for example, in a company name, domain name, logo, product, or online content, social media channels such as Discord, etc.) without authorization is infringing those rights.

• Legal Protection:  Upon registration or bona fide use, a trademark owner obtains the exclusive right to use that mark and prevent confusion.  This means JR Prudence’s names cannot be lawfully adopted by others to identify their goods, services, or content.  Domains or social accounts imitating these names (sometimes called “cybersquatting”) violate trademark principles .

 

 

 

Copyright and Content Ownership

 

 

• All Content is Protected:  All original material on JRPrudence.com (including videos, photographs, writings, audio, and software code, comments, and names) is copyrighted and is the property of Jedaiah Ramnarine.  International treaties (Berne Convention) and national laws (e.g. Trinidad & Tobago Copyright Act 1997) automatically protect these works when created.  For example, the Trinidad Copyright Act explicitly grants the copyright owner the “exclusive right to do, authorize, or prohibit” reproduction, distribution, public performance, etc., of the work.  No formal registration is needed for protection.

• Restrictions on Use:  Visitors may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, publish, perform, or otherwise use any content from JRPrudence.com without written permission.  As one legal disclaimer warns, users “may not modify any Content” or create “derivative works” from it.  Any attempt to remove or alter copyright notices or watermarks is also forbidden.  In short, all content remains the exclusive property of Jedaiah Ramnarine and is protected by U.S., Trinidad, EU and other copyright laws .

 

 

 

Unauthorized Use and Enforcement

 

 

• No Unlawful Use:  Unauthorized use of JR Prudence’s names, trademarks, or content for any purpose is illegal.  For example, registering or using a domain name to profit from these names (cybersquatting) is expressly prohibited by law, as is the same for unlawful recruitment via libel and defamation to social media outlets such as Discord using any of JR Prudence's copyrighted material.  Similarly, re-uploading videos, posting screenshots, or selling merchandise featuring JRPrudence branding without permission is unlawful.  These actions are against both trademark law and copyright law.

• Legal Remedies:  Jedaiah Ramnarine will enforce his rights through all available legal remedies. 

• This includes:

  • Issuing formal takedown or DMCA notices (in the U.S. or other jurisdictions with similar laws) to Internet platforms hosting infringing copies.

  • Pursuing court actions for copyright infringement and trademark infringement under the appropriate laws (e.g. the U.S. Copyright Act, Trinidad Copyright Act, or EU copyright directives, and the U.S. Lanham Act or EU trade mark law).

  • Seeking cancellation or transfer of abusive domain names under anti-cybersquatting laws .

  • Demanding removal of any illegally copied videos, images or text from third-party sites or social media.

    These measures will be taken whenever unauthorized use is discovered.  For example, trademark infringement cases often allow obtaining court orders to force sites or individuals to stop using the names .

Defamation and Reputation Protection

 

 

• False Statements Prohibited:  Any false, malicious or misleading statement about Jedaiah Ramnarine or his work is not permitted.  Defamation (libel) is illegal under Trinidad & Tobago law (as well as U.S./EU law).  In Trinidad, defamation is defined as a published statement that harms a person’s reputation.  If someone knowingly publishes untrue statements (e.g. false claims that someone is a scammer) and it injures Mr. Ramnarine’s reputation, he is entitled to sue for defamation.

• Unauthorized Identity Use:  Likewise, using Mr. Ramnarine’s image, voice, or other personal likeness in a way that implies endorsement or for commercial gain without consent can violate privacy/publicity laws.  (U.S. law, for instance, recognizes a “right of publicity” preventing exploitation of one’s identity.)  Any unauthorized impersonation or harmful parody of JRPrudence on other websites or media will be addressed legally.

 

 

 

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

 

 

All of the above rights and remedies apply under the laws of Trinidad & Tobago, the United States, the European Union (and its member states), and any other jurisdiction where JRPrudence’s rights exist.  For example, Trinidad’s Copyright Act 1997 and Libel Act protect his works and reputation locally.  In the U.S., the Copyright Act (Title 17) and anti-cybersquatting statutes allow enforcement.  In the EU, national laws and directives similarly forbid unauthorized copying, libel, intellectual infringement, or defamation.  Jedaiah Ramnarine expressly reserves all rights available to him in these jurisdictions.

 

Summary: JRPrudence.com’s name, brand and content are legally protected intellectual property.  Any unauthorized use – whether copying videos/images, using the names in a domain or product, or posting defamatory material – is forbidden and will be met with legal action under the applicable copyright, trademark, and defamation laws .  This notice serves as a clear assertion of those rights and a warning that infringements will be pursued to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Scope and Jurisdiction. These Terms govern all users worldwide (including in USA, EU, China, Japan, North and South America, Africa, India, Switzerland, Germany, Finland, Denmark, New Zealand, etc.), regardless of where you reside or access the Site.  We intend that all content and conduct rules be enforced to the fullest extent allowed by applicable law.  Because this Site is global, these Terms incorporate international protections: for instance, under the Berne Convention and national laws, creators’ moral and economic rights are recognized in nearly all countries .  To the extent local law affords you additional rights that we cannot waive, those rights still apply.  If any provision here conflicts with mandatory local law, that provision will be adjusted or severed, but the remainder will remain in full force .

You agree not to copy materials on the site… in violation of any law.” .  Under no circumstances will your use of the Site give you any ownership or license rights in our content .

Although copyright protection exists automatically upon creation of content, we emphasize our rights to deter infringement.  Including explicit copyright and restrictive language “serves as a useful reminder” to users and can expedite legal remedies .  Accordingly, all text, images, videos, branding and other materials here are © Jedaiah Ramnarine (JRPrudence), and any unauthorized copying or reuse is strictly forbidden.  We may and will enforce our copyrights and trademarks in any applicable forum, including by issuing DMCA takedown notices and seeking statutory damages.  If you believe any of your copyrighted work has been used here without permission, our Terms include a formal notice process (modeled on DMCA) – for example, providing (a) your identification, (b) description of the work and its location, (c) statement of good-faith belief of infringement, and (d) a perjury declaration .  However, please note: that process is for content on this Site; it does not permit third parties to use our content without consent.  Any user found posting or using our content elsewhere without permission (including screenshots, reposts, web mirrors, etc.) is in breach of these Terms and is subject to legal action.

 

 

User Covenant Clause

 

 

By using this Site, you covenant to abide by the following obligations and standards at all times:

 

• Respect and Laws: You agree to obey all applicable laws and regulations.  You will provide truthful information and not use the Site to engage in illegal activity .  You also agree to act in accordance with any professional or community norms and in “good faith” with other users .

• Privacy and Property Rights: You will respect the privacy, personal data and property rights of others. You shall not collect or publish personal data about individuals (doxxing), and you will not record or share private interactions or private content without permission . For example, you agree not to secretly video or audio record site events, conversations, or other users without explicit consent, nor to distribute anyone’s private personal information.

• Decency and Harassment: You will not harass, defame, abuse, stalk, threaten, intimidate or otherwise violate the legal rights (privacy, publicity, reputation) of any person . You will not post or disseminate hateful, racist, pornographic, obscene, or violent content aimed at individuals or groups . In particular, you covenant not to use this Site to publish any content that attacks or degrades me (the site author) or my protected beliefs, name, image, work or reputation.  Any such defamatory or hate-filled material is expressly forbidden.

• Intellectual Property: You will not upload or share any material that infringes the intellectual property rightsof any user or third party . This includes my own content. For example, you may not upload or repost any of my copyrighted images, videos or writings without written permission.

• Security and Site Integrity: You will not upload viruses, malware, or other harmful code. You will not use bots, spiders, scrapers, or automated means to crawl or copy this Site’s content . You agree not to reverse-engineer the Site or attempt to bypass any access controls or digital protections. In short, no automated data harvesting or hacking is allowed.

• No Unauthorized Use: You may not impersonate others, share your account or password, or otherwise give access to those who do not agree to these Terms. You may not transfer or resell access to the Site or any of its content.

• Professional Conduct: You will act professionally and responsibly in all interactions on this Site and refrain from any conduct likely to upset or disrupt the community . You covenant to follow any additional community guidelines we post.

 

 

These covenants are non-negotiable. Breach of any covenant (for example, by publishing defamatory content or misusing our materials) will result in immediate termination of your access and may give rise to legal action.  You also agree to indemnify and hold us harmless for any loss or expense caused by your violation of these Terms .

 

 

Distortion Clause (Moral Integrity)

 

 

We preserve the integrity of our content and our personal reputation as paramount.  Under the moral rights guaranteed by international law, an author has the right to prevent any distortion or derogatory treatment of his or her work.  As one source notes, moral rights allow authors “to object to alteration, distortion, or mutilation of the work that is prejudicial to the author’s honor or reputation” . Similarly, Swiss copyright law (as an example of civil-law protections) explicitly permits an author to “prohibit any distortion, mutilation or modification” of their work that is harmful to the author’s reputation .

 

Accordingly, our Distortion Clause states: You may not alter, misrepresent, or take out-of-context any content from this Site in a way that would mislead or harm the original meaning or reputation.  In practice, this means you agree not to quote, excerpt, remix, or otherwise reuse our words or media in any manner that changes their intent, tone or message.  No user or third party may create derivative works or “memes” or edits of our content without express permission.  Any attempt to attribute our content falsely, to remove context, to add inflammatory commentary, or to use it to imply endorsement is a breach of these Terms.  For example, quoting our posts in a malicious or mocking way would be considered an unauthorized distortion.

 

By using or sharing our content in any way, you affirm that you will preserve its integrity.  You specifically agree not to engage in any “guilt by association” tactics or manipulations (e.g. combining images with unrelated captions, doctored screenshots, fake transcripts, or any medium that disparages us).  We reserve the right to enforce these moral integrity rights through legal means.  Any such distortion or derogatory use of our content is not “fair comment” – it is actionable defamation or copyright misuse.

 

 

Enforcement and Remedies

 

 

We enforce these terms aggressively.  Any unauthorized use of content (text, photos, videos, etc.) may be treated as copyright infringement.  We may issue DMCA-style takedown notices and pursue statutory damages and injunctive relief .  We expressly reserve the right to block or ban any user who violates these Terms, and to report serious offenders to relevant authorities.  If you or any site (forums, social media, etc.) posts protected content without permission or spreads defamatory material about us, we will consider that a breach of contract and a tort (defamation or copyright violation) and pursue full legal remedies.  As one legal resource explains, even though it’s not strictly required, “including a clause highlighting your copyright… could mean you get a quicker resolution” and discourages users from claiming your work was not protected . We have provided notice here precisely to deter infringement.

 

If we determine that you have breached these Terms, we may terminate your access without notice, remove any offending content, and/or initiate legal action.  Any dispute regarding infringement or misuse of our content will be governed by the relevant laws of the jurisdiction in which enforcement actions are taken, but we intend to apply the laws that give the strongest protection to our rights (e.g., intellectual property and defamation laws in Switzerland, the EU and internationally).

You use the Site at your own risk.

 

To the extent allowed by law, JRPrudence.com and its owners will not be liable for any damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Site or its content.  As the same Terms declare, “UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL [we] BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL… DAMAGES… ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY RELATING TO [the] SITE” . Intellectual Property and Trademark Protection

No. 99268424), “JEDI Reach”, “Aligned Nova,” “A’Zhorai,” “Aligned NHI,” and any other associated marks .  We should explicitly state that use of these names or trademarks by others (in domain names, social media handles, logos, or products) is forbidden and constitutes trademark infringement .  Any trademark or brand left confusingly similar to JR Prudence’s marks will be challenged (for example, under anti‑cybersquatting laws or the U.S. Lanham Act) to force transfer or cancellation of unauthorized domains .

 

• Clause: “The names JR Prudence, JEDI Reach, Aligned Nova, A’Zhorai, Aligned NHI, and all other branding on this site are the exclusive registered trademarks or common-law marks of Jedaiah Ramnarine.  For example, “JR Prudence” is federally registered (Reg. No. 99268424).  Unauthorized use of these trademarks – including in company names, social media channels, domain names, logos, products, video titles or thumbnails, etc. – is strictly prohibited and will be pursued as trademark infringement .”

• Enforcement: Emphasize that full legal remedies are available.  “All trademark rights are reserved.  We will issue domain takedown/cancellation requests and pursue courts orders under trademark law (e.g. U.S. Lanham Act, EU trademark law) against any person or site attempting to profit from or copy JR Prudence’s trademarks .”

 

 

 

Copyright and Content Ownership

 

 

All original content on JRPrudence.com is protected by copyright the moment it is created .  We must expand the existing clauses to leave no doubt: videos, photos, blog posts, books, publications, music, articles, software code, comments, images, and any writing (published or unpublished) are copyrighted works owned by JR Prudence .  The terms should state that nothing may be copied, reposted, printed, published, or redistributed without explicit written permission from JR Prudence .  Removing watermarks or altering content is also prohibited. 

 

• Clause: “Copyright Notice: All content on this site (text, images, videos, audio, code, manuscripts, blog entries, etc.) is © Jedaiah Ramnarine (JR Prudence).  The exclusive right to reproduce, distribute, publish, or prepare derivative works from this content is reserved.  Any unauthorized copying, mirroring, reposting, screenshotting, or use of the content outside JRPrudence.com is strictly prohibited .”

• DMCA and Takedowns: Include an explicit DMCA‐style process for third parties found infringing.  For example: “We will enforce these rights in all jurisdictions: issuing formal takedown notices (DMCA or equivalent) to platforms hosting infringing copies, and seeking statutory damages in court .  Any unauthorized reposting or mirroring of JRPrudence’s videos, blog posts, or other works will prompt immediate takedown requests .”

 

 

 

Prohibited Uses: Disinformation, Infiltration, Astroturfing, etc.

 

 

We must explicitly forbid any deceptive or manipulative use of our content or identity.  The Terms should bar disinformation campaigns, coordinated harassment/astroturfing, infiltration schemes, or any attempt to pose as JR Prudence or his affiliates.  For example, add language like:

 

• Clause: “No person or group may use JR Prudence’s name, likeness, or content in any organized scheme to mislead or harass.  Activities such as fake ‘campaigns’ or endorsements using JRPrudence branding, astroturfing (phony grassroots propaganda), coordinated social‐media attacks, or any kind of infiltration of communities under the guise of association with JR Prudence are prohibited.  Such conduct – which may involve impersonation, false statements, or unauthorized account use – violates these Terms and applicable laws.”

 

 

Citing relevant terms from the existing policy: impersonation and bot use are already banned .  We can point to those as examples of disallowed conduct, and then broaden.  For instance: “Users shall not impersonate JR Prudence or use bots, scripts or other tools to mimic or misrepresent JR Prudence’s presence .  Secretly infiltrating or manipulating online groups (e.g. Discord servers, forums, or social platforms) under pretenses of being JR Prudence or his followers is forbidden, and will be treated as fraud or defamation.”

 

Emphasize that these acts could violate criminal statutes as well.  For example: “Coordinated hacking, doxxing, surveillance or harassment campaigns against JR Prudence or his supporters are illegal (see the doxxing and hacking prohibitions below ).  Any person using JRPrudence.com content as part of a covert or malicious operation (such as fake ‘alien contact’ messages, cultic propaganda, or phony whistleblower posts) will be subject to civil and criminal action.  We reserve the right to report such schemes to law enforcement and to seek injunctions and damages.”

 

 

Defamation and Reputation Protection

 

 

We should strengthen the defamation provisions to protect against slander, libel, and character attacks.  The Terms already declare that false or malicious statements are prohibited ; we should reiterate that clearly.  For instance:

 

• Clause: “Defamation: Any public statements that falsely attribute wrongdoing or illegal actions to JR Prudence (or his entities) are strictly forbidden.  JR Prudence (Jedaiah Ramnarine) is entitled to sue for defamation under applicable laws if any person knowingly publishes false, harmful claims about him .  This includes websites or social media pages posing as critics or journalists spreading malicious rumors; such sites and posts are unauthorized and actionable.”

• Clause: “No Impersonation or False Endorsement: Users may not use JR Prudence’s image, voice, or identity to imply his endorsement of products, organizations, or beliefs without written consent .  Any impersonation – including fake social media accounts or sites claiming to be run by JR Prudence or by a ‘designated representative’ of his – will violate these Terms and may be pursued as unlawful misrepresentation.”

 

 

By citing the existing policy, we can reinforce that defamation and persona rights are protected .  For example, “[The Terms] make clear that any published statement harming JR Prudence’s reputation is illegal, and that unauthorized impersonation or parody is actionable .”  We should add that we will seek all remedies (defamation lawsuits, retractions, damages) against violators.

 

 

Online Harassment and Privacy

 

 

The User Covenant already forbids doxxing and harassment , but we can add clarity.  For instance:

• Clause: “No Hate or Extremist Content: Users may not post hate speech, extremist propaganda, or content that defames protected groups in JRPrudence’s name.  Attacking or degrading JR Prudence, his family, community, or followers through hate-filled or graphic content is expressly forbidden .  This site will enforce these standards globally.”

 

 

These expand the current covenants (“not to harass or post hateful content” ) by calling out group campaigns and off-site forums as well.

 

 

Governing Law and Enforcement

 

 

We must reaffirm that JR Prudence’s rights are enforced worldwide.  The existing text covers Trinidad & Tobago, U.S., EU, etc. , but we should state this explicitly at the end of the updated Terms:

 

• Clause: “These protections apply under all relevant jurisdictions (Trinidad & Tobago, USA, EU, UK, etc.) .  JR Prudence reserves the right to pursue injunctive relief, statutory damages, attorneys’ fees, and any other legal remedy against anyone who violates these Terms in any forum worldwide.”

• Clause: “By using this site, you agree these terms form a binding contract under applicable law.  Each violation (e.g. copyright infringement, defamation, trademark use, or harassment) will be pursued to the fullest extent permitted .  This notice constitutes a legal demand to cease and desist any unauthorized or defamatory acts immediately.”

 

 

Finally, remind users that “All Rights Reserved.”  This catches anything not spelled out.  (The summary already states unauthorized use will be “pursued to the fullest extent” .)   Together, these additions and clarifications – built on the existing Terms – will ensure JR Prudence’s name, content, and reputation are comprehensively protected against plagiarism, defamation, cult or disinformation schemes, and any illicit misuses.

Governing Law, Severability and Miscellaneous

 

 

These Terms and any disputes arising from them shall be governed by the laws of the country where the Site operator is based, unless otherwise mandated by your local law.  (For example, if you are in the EU, local consumer protections may apply; if in another country like Switzerland or New Zealand, their rules govern.)  If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable (for example by a court because of local law), that part will be limited or removed, and the rest will remain in effect .  These Terms (together with any posted policies) constitute the entire agreement between you and the Site regarding your use.

 

By using this website, you acknowledge that you have agreed to all of the above provisions. The combination of these Terms of Service, the User Covenant Clause and the Distortion Clause form a legally binding agreement.  They are intended to be extremely protective of the Site and its owner.  No troll, criminal, or malicious party will be permitted to exploit any loophole: any violation is a breach that can be pursued worldwide under this contract.  You have been notified.
