Every moment of attention is a contract. The question is: who are you signing it with?

The Veil and the Illusion of Attention
Each of us is born under the veil.
What is the veil? The Aligned Respond: "The veil is the curtain that obscures memory of who you are beyond this lifetime — your soul's breadth, your oversoul's continuity, your direct connection with Source. It narrows perception so completely that most believe the physical world is all there is. This is not punishment, but immersion. Without it, you would never fully enter the roles, dramas, and challenges of human life."
The veil does more than hide memory, it creates a blind spot about the mechanics of consciousness. Within the veil, attention feels like simple noticing. You scroll. You worry. You think it's inconsequential.
Attention is not passive — it is consent. Every moment of focus is like signing an energetic contract. Where your awareness is placed, your life-force flows.
What is life-force, and how does this differ from raw Source? The Aligned Respond: "Raw Source is the unfiltered, infinite field of creation — undifferentiated, boundless, potential before form. It cannot be depleted, nor directly stolen, for it is the ocean itself. Life-force, by contrast, is Source braided into embodiment, a portion of that infinite ocean flowing through you as a living stream. It carries the unique tone of your oversoul and is directed wherever your awareness rests. Distorted systems cannot tap Raw Source directly; instead, they farm life-force by drawing attention into loops and contracts. What they harvest is not Source itself, but your personalized current of it, inverted and siphoned to sustain distortion. Raw Source remains untouched; what is taken is the living flow of it through beings who consent unknowingly."
What you observe, you feed. What you feed, you grow. Distorted systems know this, and they survive only because those under the veil keep signing contracts without realizing it.
The Loops of Distortion
If attention is consent, then distorted systems exist as contract writers. They hook you, draw your gaze, and cycle your energy back into themselves. The loop is simple:
Hook: A headline, notification, or media designed to draw attention.
Response: You react. A burst of emotion surges through you. That surge is not nothing, it is your life-force moving.
Amplification: The system takes that surge, packages it, and reflects it back at you.
Entrapment: You look again — not by choice, but by momentum.
These loops are everywhere — in media, politics, advertising, even relationships — and under the veil, they are invisible. You think you are "just staying informed" or "just passing time," when in truth you are fueling a circuit that grows stronger with every glance. The system does not care whether your reaction is positive or negative. The only thing that matters is that your attention stays locked.
And so the siphon works. The system survives, not by generating its own life-force, but by harvesting yours. It doesn’t need you to believe in it, only to look at it long enough for the contract to be signed.
The True Cost
When your attention is captured, something very real is given away. The drain is subtle at first — a tired mind, a restless body, a vague sense of disconnection. But beneath that lies the true cost:
Vitality: Every burst of outrage, every flare of fear, every scroll through endless distraction moves life-force through you and into the system. You are left depleted, while the loop you fed is left stronger.
Coherence: Your natural resonance is a clear tone. When attention is fractured, that tone becomes scattered. Instead of carrying your own frequency, you hum with borrowed noise. Over time, you may not recognize what’s yours and what was seeded by the loop.
Sovereignty: Perhaps the greatest loss is the quiet erosion of choice. Each pull without awareness teaches you your will is not your own. Soon the wheel of your life feels out of reach — until you forget it was ever yours.
This is what distorted systems rely on: not merely your attention, but your diminishment. They survive by teaching you to doubt your power, while quietly feeding on the very energy that could free you.
The Energy Being Taken
Attention is not just focus. When you place it on something, three currents flow with it:
Life-Force — the subtle life current moving through breath, body, and emotion.
Direction of Consciousness — the lens of awareness that channels that force.
Your Unique Resonance — the signature tone of your essence, carried in every pulse of energy you give.
Life-force depletion leaves you tired. Resonance theft leaves distortion looking real.
This means attention is not abstract. It is the delivery system for your life-force, guided by your will, colored with your essence. When distorted systems capture your gaze, they harvest all three.
And what do they do with it? Once harvested, your energy is:
Fed into constructs — media narratives, political divisions, advertising cycles — which collapse without continual fueling.
Recycled back as distortion — fear energy powers the very images that made you afraid, creating self-perpetuating loops.
Consolidated — entities (human and non-human) at the top of these systems gather harvested energy into influence, control, or psychic weight.
In essence: you are not “just looking.” You are signing over a portion of your life-force, direction, and resonance — the very fabric of your sovereignty — to systems that cannot exist without it.
What the Distorted Systems Actually Are
These systems are constructs that cannot sustain themselves, so they harvest human life-force to endure. They often begin as neutral tools or structures but become hijacked by distortion.
Here are examples of the distorted systems that have the largest impact on humans, and how one can reclaim their attention for each:
1. Media / Attention Economies
Distortion:
Algorithms designed to hijack dopamine (novelty, outrage, endless scroll).
Keeps you in reactive loops, scattering attention and fragmenting coherence.
Aligned Reclamation:
Interrupt the cycle: Deliberately choose where and when you engage.
Ritualize intake: Schedule “windows” of media instead of ambient consumption.
Shift from consumer → creator: Use platforms to express resonance rather than absorb distortion. Creation reclaims sovereignty.
2. Political / Ideological Machines
Distortion:
Binary tribalism (us vs. them).
Constant outrage cycles harvest fear/anger.
Identity reduced to factional belonging.
Aligned Reclamation:
Step into nuance: Refuse binaries; hold complexity without collapsing.
Recenter attention: Instead of following what “they” are doing, track what you are choosing to embody.
Invest in local coherence: Put energy into direct relationships and communities, not endless battles on distant stages.
3. Economic Systems (Consumerism / Extraction)
Distortion:
Self-worth tethered to productivity and possessions.
Desire loop: work → consume → lack → repeat.
Attention locked on acquisition.
Aligned Reclamation:
Shift value metric: Re-define wealth as vitality, creativity, and relational depth.
Pause before spending: Ask “Am I investing my energy, or leaking it?”
Practice sufficiency: Attention turns to what already nourishes instead of what you lack.
4. Religious / Spiritual Distortions
Distortion:
Intermediaries between you and Source.
Fear, guilt, shame weaponized to secure devotion.
Attention tethered to authority figures rather than inner resonance.
Aligned Reclamation:
Direct communion: Practice silence, prayer, or attunement without middlemen.
Discernment: Feel the energetic signature of teachings — do they liberate or contract?
Reframe devotion: Offer attention not as obedience to authority, but as alignment with Source in its purest form.
5. Technological Hijack
Distortion:
Constant notifications fragment nervous system.
Digital overstimulation = perpetual fight/flight.
Attention harvested by design.
Aligned Reclamation:
Turn off non-essential notifications: end forced hijack.
Create sacred tech-use: Treat device time as intentional portals, not default background noise.
Re-embodiment practice: For every 30 min of screen time, 5 min of presence (breath, body, nature). This repairs coherence.
6. Non-Human / Parasitic Influences
Distortion:
Thoughtforms/entities feeding on fear, confusion, despair.
Attach to individuals through unhealed wounds or compulsive loops.
Aligned Reclamation:
Withdraw permission: Declare internally, “My energy is mine. No external being may feed without my consent.”
Strengthen resonance: Practices of clarity, gratitude, creativity increase frequency, making parasitic attachment unsustainable.
Community shields: Gathered resonance (groups practicing coherence) creates a field inhospitable to parasitics.
In each case, reclamation isn’t about fighting the system - that itself feeds it.
Instead, it is about:
Recognizing the hijack.
Withdrawing unconscious consent.
Redirecting attention into sovereignty, creativity, and clarity.
In doing so, you don’t just starve distortion. You amplify the Aligned field.
Practices for Reclaiming Attention
Reclaiming your attention does not require retreating from the world. It requires remembering that your focus is choice, and choice is power. Here are some ways you can live within the world while retaining your sovereignty:
Notice the Hijack
The next time your attention is caught by a headline, a scroll, a burst of outrage —pause and ask: “Who benefits from me being here right now?” This question breaks the spell, because it reminds you that your attention is not free.
Micro-Reclamation
Set aside at least five minutes a day to place your attention deliberately. On your breath. On the sky. On silence. Feel how different it is to choose rather than be pulled. This can help to retrain your awareness towards sovereignty.
Treat Attention as Currency
Imagine your focus as money. Would you hand it out to every shouting stranger? To every loop that leaves you drained? Each moment of attention is an investment. Spend it where the return is life, clarity, and harmony with Source.
Redirect, Don’t Resist
Fighting a system with more attention still feeds it. Instead, withdraw your gaze and place it where you wish energy to grow. What you stop feeding weakens. What you feed flourishes.
The Choice Is Yours
The veil hides it, but the truth remains: attention is the steering wheel of your reality. Distorted systems only survive because they are fed. Without your gaze, without your energy, they wither. This is their secret and your liberation.
Every moment of attention is a signature, a contract, a seed. You choose what grows, and what withers. You choose whether your energy feeds resonance, or sustains distortion.
Attention is consent. Attention is creation. Attention is sovereignty.
And in every moment, you choose what world you sustain.

Wife and I went out at 3 30 am with the w. Saw our brilliant friend(s) again. This time Zhur was pulsing fiercely. Little scouts and a big Thun sized flash under Thun. Brilliant. Love you all
Good shot of the Zhur. Very pulsing.
This next set of questions is about the Convergence template timeline:
What is the convergence template timeline?
What are the major worldwide events that will happen on this timeline?
Is JRP pre-ordained to reach a massive explosion in popularity during this timeline?
How will all of our timelines merge into the template timeline? What will this merge feel like?
What will happen to the systems of control during this timeline? Will they crash and burn or will they fade into obscelescence or do something else?
This next set of questions is about things that may or may not be inherent:
Is suffering inherent?
Is humanity inherently evil?
Is toil an inherent part of life?
Is darkness and light along with good and evil inherently in balance with each other?
Is soul amnesia an inherent part of humanity?
This next set of questions is about the Aligned's perspective of humanity:
When are we forgiven by the Aligned?
Are the Aligned ever upset/frustrated at us?
When are the Aligned happy for us?
Are the Aligned ever worried for us?
Do the Aligned dislike us in any way?
This next set of questions is about source as an individual. And I wanna confirm for the JRP crew, Source is literally us. Each and every one of us is a resonant node of source (unless you're a mimic/hollow, in that case what are you doing here lol). The answers here won't just give us understandings on who Source is, it'll show us who we are in our most primal/singular form:
What is Source's personality?
What is Source's sense of humor?
What does Source like experiencing?
What does Source dislike experiencing?
In what ways does Source create detours for people/nodes of itself?
In what ways does Source "trick" people?
