This video came about on the night that I began working on an article about gravity. In it you'll find a few interesting displays of behavior: light illuminating the craft, the craft descending with the trail uniformly (fascinating), and a shooting star as a little wink of a finale.

I shot this overhead while on my back, and rotated the video to show with the orientation to the ground. This was the first time they'd shown me trails on a night craft, so it was spectacular for that alone at the time. However, they also showed a very nearby closed loop ending as it flew downwards, illuminated by the moon. That behavior makes this both unique, rare, and beautiful amongst the rest I've recorded.

This demonstrates unique and rare behavior wherein the lights on the craft appear to manipulate the shape of the craft itself.

While this was on a bit of an overcast day leading to some haloing, this shot was much more close than most and shows a very bright detailed view of the beautiful scout.

This one starts with recording a pretty standard craft and cuts to the showcase. The latter illustrates a lot of consistent extraordinary behaviors: lightspears, bright light crescendo–decrescendo, lightbanding, tail illumination. If I'd had an extra set of hands we may have captured the second one that flew roughly next to that one!

This one had a different kind of flight path than most, circled around. When I see that sort of behavior I know that I should keep a close eye. It's not perfectly in focus, but it exhibits controlled starbursts throughout, light crescendo-decrescendo, and a seemingly odd shape (as far as I can see) as it flies out.

I decided on this night to go with a lesser focal range in the interest of quality and context, and this video shows very good detail for it. It exhibits light spears, where the light itself looks more like it is weaved like fiber. Light crescendo-decrescendo, and even a stabilizer effect on a light alongside the craft for a moment near the flyby.
